Multi-Channel Deletion Networks

7964 & 6971 Series

The 7964 (Contiguous) Series are custom filter networks which suppress any amount of (contiguous) channels specified by the customer. Since we utilize special tuning & design techniques - these networks offer "brickwall" performance at a substantially lower cost than the conventional method of stringing together an equivalent amount of single channel "brickwall" deletion filters.

The 6971 (Non-Contiguous) Series custom filter network can be a series of single channel "brickwall" deletion filters - when channels are scattered (i.e. - non-contiguous) around the CATV spectrum OR a combination of scattered and clustered (i.e. - contiguous) channels consisting of single channel and multi-channel filters. These filter networks eliminate the need by the end-user to string together individual, single channel filters. Consequently, by using one multi-channel filter network you have one input and one output…..what could be easier ?.
